Karanbir Singh of the CentOS dev team tweeted yesterday that CentOS 6.3 is about to enter the QA phase.
“First two rounds of builds for #CentOS 6.3 now done. Testing and rebuilding to satisfy requirements is now going to start up.” “From tomorrow we will have nightly isos and installable tree’s for CentOS-QA.”
Looks like there will probably be a release within the next few days, if this is the case it seems the team have kept good on their promise to have releases out quicker, the upstream project RHEL was only released at the backend of last week. http://ostimes.co.uk/2012/06/21/release-redhat-6-3-linux-officially-announced/
